We work closely with you and the project QS, as they prepare a comprehensive tender package for issue to building contractors for pricing. We will guide and support the tender evaluation and contractor selection processes, to ensure completeness, quality and value are aligned with your aspirations for your home.​

Interior Fit-Out
Through an iterative process, we develop and refine the designs with you and your project team, ensuring every detail meets your approval and adheres to regulations.​​​​​

Project Assessment
Our team conducts a thorough evaluation of your project, including site visits, feasibility studies, and preliminary budget assessments, in conjunction with your project Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Architect.​

Planning & Approvals
We support you as the project architect / planning consultant navigate the complex world of planning permissions and building regulations, securing the necessary approvals.​​

Pre-construction Coordination

Final Inspections and Handover
We oversee, on your behalf, the final inspection process, manage any final adjustments, and work with the contractor to ensure all certificates and testing is completed on track, ensuring all systems are functioning perfectly before handover.
